return policy

- Under regular circumstances, all items are non-returnable

- Items will be available for return ONLY if it contains a defect from the manufacturer or is a mis-shipped item

- Warped records are non-returnable, records may come slightly warped and can be easily flattened

- Any return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving shipment

- All returns must be authorized and be accompanied by an RA# provided by Mahasa Music

- Returned items must be sent back in the same condition as they were originally sent

- Costs for shipping the return is the responsibility of the customer
