processing time & shipping info

- Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, but may take as long as 5 business days, from the time of purchase

- Processing time is separate from shipping time

- Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (where available)

- USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days

- International orders will be sent USPS Priority Mail Int'l (6-10 days)

- Duties and/or handling fees charged by customs offices on int'l orders are the customers' responsibility

- If an int'l package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, Mahasa Music will not issue any refunds

- Packages will not be marked as a 'gift' on int'l orders

- Mahasa Music is not liable or responsible for lost parcels
